The 5-pack comes with:  Five individually packaged liquid culture syringes filled to about 10ml of liquid media colonized by the strains you choose, sterile luer lock inoculation tools,  isopropyl alcohol wipes, and finally, a SoFlo Fungi branded sticker (stickers subject to availability).
