Pink Oyster (Pleurotus djamor) is a wonderfully flavorful delicate choice edible mushroom, which grows well indoors, or in warm weather. It will grow very well on supplemented hardwood sawdust, or straw. It requires relatively high humidity, and lots of fresh air. It does very well outdoors when weather is humid, as well as indoors in a controlled climate.
My cultures come in sterile syringes filled 10cc of premium live mycelium, sterile water, and a carefully chosen proprietary blend of nutrients specific to the species of fungi selected.
